Art Stansberry was born in Nuremberg, Germany, where his father was stationed in the Army.  At 6 months of age, his family moved to Windfall, a small farming community in Indiana.  He studied electronics after graduation from high school before realizing God had a different plan for his life.  Art then went to Johnson Bible College to pursue a career in the ministry.  There he met his wife, Christy and they were married in 1994.  Graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in Bible, he began serving the Lord at Antioch Christian Church in Canton, Georgia as the Youth Minister.  After eight years of service there, God called Art and Christy to Mount Carmel where he is the Youth Minister and she is the Bible Teacher at the school.  They have been blessed with two boys, Caleb and Landon.  They are excited about God’s plan for their lives and being at Mount Carmel.
