If your child is planning to attend our VBS, here is the registration form. The form is in pdf format, simply print it at home, complete the form and bring it with you. Registration will proceed faster and will enable your child to start enjoying the event as soon as you get to the church.

>>VISITOR REGISTRATION FORM
 If you are planning to visit our church with your children, please print this form and complete the information. This will make sure that we will have all the important information about your child.

If you would like to register your child for summer camp, please print and complete the form. Mail the form along with your deposit to the church address on the form.
