EMPTY: Timeless

Ecclesiastes 3:1-15 by Art Stansberry

Without God, time on this earth seems pointless. It seems that as we get older, time moves so much faster toward the end of life. Someone once said, "I was in such a hurry to grow up and graduate high school, then I was in a hurry to get out of college and start a family, then I was in a hurry to get through work so that I could retire, and when I look back on my life, I realize that I was in such a hurry that I forgot to live." In Job 14:5 we read, "You have decided the length of our lives. You know how many months we will live, and we are not given a minute longer." We will learn this Sunday that our time on this earth has meaning and what we do with the time we are given can extend into a timeless eternity.
