Unthinkable: Is the Church Too Sheltered?

We live in a world that is becoming more and more isolated. Even in the midst of social media, where we count our "friends", people are experiencing loneliness and depression. Even as believers, we worry about the things we see in the world and we choose to shelter ourselves from the world, often leaving us unable or unwilling to help people who need Jesus. This Sunday we will ask the question, "Are we as Christians too sheltered?" What we will discover is that we are called to live in proximity to the world and practice purity, to seek His kingdom and His righteousness
